"Clean and easy visit"
I had a easy experience here. The tables were clean when I sat down, the floors looked well kept, and the bathroom was totally fine too. Overall, it felt like a clean, comfortable place to stop in.

"Pickup felt like more of a hassle than it needed to be"
I had to wait around longer than expected for the pickup, which was a little annoying. Reading between the lines, it seemed like things just weren’t very organized, even if nobody really said that outright.

"Pretty good pizza, but a bit expensive"
The pizza was good, nice flavor and hit the spot. I grabbed it after a long day, so maybe I was extra hungry, but still, it tasted solid. That said, the price felt a little high for what it was. Not terrible, just one of those moments where you look at the receipt and think, wow, pizza really isn’t as cheap as it used to be. Kind of like how coffee prices have gotten ridiculous too, but anyway, the food itself was fine

"Pretty decent pizza, though not perfect"
I tried Potomac Pizza last weekend, it was good. The crust had a nice chew to it, and the cheese was solid without being overly greasy, which I appreciated. The sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste, but apparently that’s just how some places like to do it. Overall, though, the flavor was nice, and I’d probably order from them again.

"Got my order exactly right"
I ordered from potomacpizza.com last night, everything was spot on. The extra cheese was actually there, the no-onions request was followed, and all the sauces made it into the bag. What more can you really ask for when you’re hungry, right? Nothing was missing or mixed up, which sounds simple, but it really does make a difference. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Quick help when I actually needed it"
I had a small issue with my order and I was expecting it to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations, but they replied fast, the person I spoke with was really nice, they understood what was going on, fixed it without making me explain it a million times, and made the whole thing way easier than I thought it would be. Really appreciated how simple they kept it...

"Friendly staff and a solid experience"
I picked up my order and the staff was really nice. They greeted me right away and didn’t make me feel rushed when I had a couple questions. The whole place had good vibes, and to me that kind of service makes a big difference

"I ate here and it was okay, nothing..."
I ate here and it was okay, nothing amazing. The tables are packed in a little too close, which is annoying, and it got loud fast. Not the kind of place where you sit back and relax unless you enjoy yelling over pizza like a maniac. Staff was nice enough though, so that helped. Good spot if you just want a quick slice and don’t care about the noise

Catering office lunch is usually way more stressful than it needs to be, but this was actually smooth for once. The pizza showed up hot, there was more than enough for everyone, and setup was super easy. No scrambling, no complaints, no awkward “who didn’t get food?” situation. I’d definitely order from them again...

"Great crust, but I’m starting to hesitate"
I’ve ordered from Potomac Pizza a handful of times, and the crust has been the best part every time. It has that nice chew to it, not too thick, and it doesn’t get all floppy. The edges usually come out a little crisp too, which I really like. That said, I’ve noticed a couple little inconsistencies lately that make me slightly less confident when I order. The crust is still solid, but I’m starting to wonder if it’ll keep being as good every time.

"Toppings were a little underwhelming"
The pizza was decent overall, but to me, a few of the toppings tasted like they weren’t as fresh as they could’ve been. It definitely wasn’t bad, I just went in expecting a little more flavor and quality.

"Delivery took longer than promised"
I ordered from potomacpizza.com on a Friday night, and while the food was decent, the delivery ended up taking about 60–70 minutes even though the estimate was closer to 40. I get that weekends can be busy, but it was still a bit frustrating waiting that much longer than expected.
The driver was nice, and the food was still warm, just not really hot by the time it arrived. I’d probably give them another shot when I’m not in a rush, but some kind of credit or small compensation would feel fair given the delay.

"Perfect little spot with the kids??"
Stopped in with the kids it went way better than expected?? The kids were happy, the staff was super patient with us, and the pizza came out really fast. Can’t ask for much more than that with hungry kids, right??
